Announcing 2 internal administrative procedures in the fisheries sector

(GLO)- Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee Rah Lan Chung has just signed and issued Decision No. 684/QD-UBND on promulgating 2 internal administrative procedures in the field of fisheries in the state administrative system in the province.

Specifically, the two new administrative procedures in the fisheries sector are: Decision to establish a provincial-level marine reserve and Decision to adjust the boundaries and areas of a provincial-level marine reserve.

The agency performing the two procedures is the provincial-level state management agency for fisheries; the Provincial People's Committee is the competent authority to decide.

The decision takes effect from July 1.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to be responsible for publicizing internal administrative procedures on the National Database of Administrative Procedures and organizing implementation according to regulations.
