Official logo of the 9th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union
On the afternoon of April 16, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union officially announced the logo of the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, term 2024 - 2029.
Previously, the Association launched a logo design contest for the congress and attracted 226 works (logos) from 60 authors across the country.
In particular, in addition to a number of professional authors, there are also many student authors participating, including 60 hand-drawn logos by students of Than Uyen District Ethnic Boarding High School, Lai Chau Province.
Through the judging results, the Association decided to choose the first prize winning logo by author Pham Tam (lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture) as the official logo of the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union, term 2024 - 2029.
The logo is designed in a new style, impressive design that conveys the spirit and core meaning of the 9th Congress, suitable for the current digital age.
The hieroglyphic structure from the number of the congress, expressed through the number IX, combined with dynamic, attractive, strong lines, creates a new creative concept with deep, open space, interwoven and connected, into a unified block.
Structure IX integrates typical images revolving around the symbol of Vietnamese youth, a passionate, ambitious bird with a desire to spread its wings, expressing the spirit of solidarity and joining hands to build and protect the increasingly strong Fatherland.
"It is the flame of enthusiasm that brightens the future, the lotus petal with pure beauty imbued with Vietnamese national culture, the heart that loves the Fatherland.
"Thereby demonstrating the continuation of belief and creative aspirations, promising the success of the 9th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union" - information from the Association said.
In addition, the logo uses the traditional bright blue color pair from the Vietnamese Youth logo, easy to apply on all different media and materials.
The official logo will be announced on mass media and digital platforms, and a unified logo will be used for all propaganda activities for the 9th Congress.
