DNO - On the evening of February 2, Furama Resort Danang organized a series of events "Journey through Vietnamese cuisine " with the aim of promoting the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine to domestic and foreign tourists.

Accordingly, the series of events will take place in 4 seasons with the following themes: spring: Vietnamese Origin - Vietnamese Heritage Artisans; summer: Sea Fragrance...; autumn: Alluvial Echo; winter: Vietnamese Tet, Furama Tet and the highlight is the night of "Quintessence of Reunion" of Vietnamese cuisine in the 12th lunar month to set an Asian record for Vietnamese cuisine.
The event series has the participation of experts, culinary culture researchers and famous chefs across the country.

According to Mr. Le Tan, a researcher of Vietnamese culinary culture, in recent years, Furama Danang Resort has done a good job of promoting culinary culture to domestic and foreign tourists.
This series of events is oriented towards honoring tradition - creating a future that promises to transform Vietnamese dishes to suit the tastes of residents around the world , bringing Vietnamese culinary culture to the international level, becoming a national brand.
