After the merger, Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee has 17 specialized agencies, including: Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Justice, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Construction, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Health, Department of Education and Training, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, Provincial Inspectorate, Traffic Construction Management Board, Civil and Industrial Construction Management Board; Agricultural Construction Management Board, Economic Zone Management Board.
