On the morning of November 11, the Standing Committee of Quynh Luu District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on personnel work. At the ceremony, the leaders of the Organizing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 2968-QD/TU dated November 5, 2024 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee approving Comrade Hoang Van Bo - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu District to hold the position of Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Handing over the Decision and giving the assignment speech, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that Comrade Hoang Van Bo has many advantages in taking on the new assignment as he has spent 28 years working in Quynh Luu district with many different titles and positions. This is also an honor and a heavy responsibility, requiring the head of the district Party Committee to always strive to bring Quynh Luu to develop quickly, sustainably, commensurate with its potential and advantages to become the best district in the province.

To achieve that goal, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu suggested that the new Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee should immediately get to work, grasp the grassroots, and be determined to comprehensively direct all aspects; continue to cultivate revolutionary ethics and working capacity; gather the strength and intelligence of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, key cadres and the entire people; constantly build the great national unity bloc, creating the endogenous strength of the district to build and develop, determined to fulfill the highest goals set by the 28th District Party Congress; pay attention to doing a good job of merging administrative units.
