Announcing the decision on personnel work at the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board

- On the afternoon of October 3, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on personnel work at the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. Attending the conference were comrade Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented the decision to two comrades appointed as Director and Deputy Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 2166/QD-UBND and Decision No. 2168/QD-UBND dated October 3, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on the appointment of Comrade Bui Hoang Nam, Deputy Director of the Lang Son Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to hold the position of Director of the Lang Son Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; and Comrade Nguyen Manh Duc, Head of Project Management Department 2, Lang Son Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Lang Son Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, from October 6, 2025, the term of appointment is 5 years.

Speaking at the conference, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated the two comrades on being entrusted with new responsibilities. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, he requested that in their new positions, they continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and work experience, together with the Board of Directors, officers, civil servants and employees, uphold the sense of responsibility, excellently complete the assigned tasks, speed up the progress of projects, and actively contribute to the overall development of the province.

Speaking on accepting the assignment, comrade Bui Hoang Nam, the new Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, sincerely thanked the provincial leaders for their attention and trust; he promised to unite with the collective, make continuous efforts, and be determined to complete all assigned tasks well.
