Announcement of internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

On May 28, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 1572/QD-BVHTTDL on promulgating internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system including the following fields: foreign information; press; publishing, printing and distribution; village conventions and regulations under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated March 26, 2025 of the Government on the Program to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities in 2025 and 2026; Pursuant to Decision No. 1085/QD-TTg dated September 15, 2022 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Plan to review and simplify internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system for the period 2022-2025;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to promulgate internal administrative procedures (TTHC) in the state administrative system including the following fields: foreign information; press; publishing, printing and distribution; village conventions and regulations under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Accordingly, internal administrative procedures in the state administrative system under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism include: For central-level internal administrative procedures, including: Procedures for coordinating the organization of foreign information events held abroad; Procedures for providing information to explain and clarify incorrect information; Procedures for electronic archiving for types of audio, visual and electronic newspapers independent of press agencies; Procedures for submitting publications to the National Library of Vietnam for printed publications;...

Central-level internal administrative procedures will be carried out by the Department of Grassroots Information and External Information; the Press Department; the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution; and the National Library of Vietnam.

Internal administrative procedures at the provincial level include: Procedures for providing information to explain and clarify incorrect information; Procedures for submitting publications for deposit for printed publications; Procedures for submitting publications for deposit for electronic publications... These procedures will be carried out by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism/Department of Culture and Sports in localities.

Internal administrative procedures at the commune level include: Procedures for recognizing village covenants and conventions; Procedures for temporarily suspending the implementation of village covenants and conventions; Procedures for abolishing village covenants and conventions... The People's Committee at the commune level is the agency that carries out these procedures.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Divisions and relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
