Workers of Nghe Tinh Fiber Factory on guard duty "3 shifts, 4 shifts"

(Baohatinh.vn) - The April 30 holiday was long, but workers and laborers at Nghe Tinh Fiber Factory (Hong Linh Town, Ha Tinh) still stuck to the production line, maintaining the production pace.

Nghe Tinh Fiber Factory is invested by Nghe Tinh Fiber Joint Stock Company, specializing in producing OE yarn for domestic and foreign garment industry. The factory is built in Nam Hong Industrial Cluster (Hong Linh Town) with a total investment of nearly 600 billion VND.

The factory has completed phase 1 construction with factory buildings and office areas and will officially come into operation from May 2024.

At the factory area, the technical infrastructure system is invested in modernly with cotton supply lines and carding machines, spinning machines, baling presses, from famous brands in the world .

Most of the parts are controlled by very professional automatic machines.

The factory currently provides jobs for nearly 100 workers with an average income of 8.5 million VND/person/month. The unit also established a trade union in January 2025, contributing to ensuring the rights and taking care of the lives of union members and workers.

Recorded at the factory on the morning of April 30 - the first day of the long holiday, workers and laborers were still working enthusiastically, ensuring the production line and machinery system operated continuously 24/7.

Departments are assigned to work in the form of "3 shifts - 4 shifts", helping the production line operate continuously while still ensuring the working time of workers according to the regulation of 8 hours/day.

Raw materials for production are fully supplied so that the production lines operate continuously day and night.

"Workers who work during the holidays will be paid full salary, bonus, and allowances according to the provisions of labor law. Along with that, the union and professionals will coordinate to provide additional snacks between shifts; encourage the spirit of workers working during the holidays" - Ms. Dao Thi Phuong - Chairwoman of the grassroots union, Head of Human Resources Department of Nghe Tinh Fiber Factory said.

Mr. Le Van Vu - a factory worker shared: "Although we work during the holidays, we are still guaranteed benefits and working conditions, so we are very satisfied. The workers are all excited and enthusiastic to maintain their spirit and production pace to ensure the progress of orders before, during and after the holidays."

Officials of the Hong Linh Town Labor Federation directly grasped the situation and encouraged workers of Nghe Tinh Fiber Factory to work shifts during the holiday.
