Mass mobilization work continues to focus on the grassroots.

In the first 6 months of the year, mass mobilization work continued to focus on the grassroots, close to the people, in line with reality to advise the Party Committee and the government to direct the resolution of issues related to the legitimate interests of the people. Patriotic emulation movements and the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement continued to spread in all areas of social life...

Comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee spoke at the conference.

As a result, in 6 months, 490 Party cells, Party committees, nearly 16,000 cadres and Party members participated in activities with the People in 2,300 villages and hamlets with nearly 65,000 People participating in "3 together" at the grassroots level. Party committees at all levels maintained the reception of 1,157 citizens with 1,142 cases; the administrative reform index reached 88.5%; the people's satisfaction index with the service of state administrative agencies reached 82.83%; propagandized and mobilized the People to liberate 41 km of road surface to build the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway; built 7,079 models and "Skilled People's Mobilization" jobs...

During the 5 years of implementing the Guidelines on organization and operation, the grassroots Mass Mobilization Bloc in the province has promoted its role, functions and tasks of mass mobilization work in the locality, advising the Party Committee to implement the Party's directives, resolutions and conclusions on mass mobilization work.

At the same time, grasp the aspirations of the people and propagate and mobilize all classes of people to comply with the Party's policies, the State's laws and patriotic emulation movements in the locality. Currently, the whole province has 138 grassroots mass mobilization blocs with nearly 1,500 members.

In the past 5 years, the grassroots Mass Mobilization Bloc has mobilized people to donate nearly 246,000 m2 of land, contributed more than 87.5 billion VND, participated in nearly 278,000 working days, built more than 3,000 km of roads, more than 947 km of intra-field roads, 116 people's bridges, 195 km of flower roads, more than 20 km of "Lighting up the countryside" power lines. At the same time, 4,636 houses for poor households have been renovated and repaired; 597 civilized models have been built in weddings and funerals; more than 20,000 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models and works have been built...

At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified the mass mobilization work in localities, and shared good and effective practices and solutions to effectively implement mass mobilization work and grassroots mass mobilization activities in the coming time.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of localities and units in mass mobilization work and grassroots mass mobilization activities in recent times.

At the same time, emphasizing some key tasks in the coming time, for the Grassroots Mass Mobilization Bloc: Maintain the general activities of the Bloc; assign specific tasks to each cadre. For mass mobilization work in the last 6 months of the year: Agencies and units determine the tasks of mass mobilization work for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

Along with that, advise on Project 02 on Party development targets, duration, and work to the grassroots; the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" movement associated with the implementation of the patriotic emulation movement; strengthen the grasp of the area, promote the role of prestigious people, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people...

On this occasion, the Mass Mobilization Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 52 collectives and 52 individuals of the Grassroots Mass Mobilization Bloc with outstanding achievements in the activities of the Grassroots Mass Mobilization Bloc in the period 2019-2024.
