GD&TĐ - On September 30, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Tan Dung attended the Office Work Conference of the units under the Ministry in 2025.

Improve the role and quality of office work

In the 2024-2025 school year, with the theme "Innovation, quality improvement, solidarity and discipline", the education sector has basically completed the key tasks and solutions set out. In particular, office work has made many contributions, demonstrating an important role in the overall development of the units.

The activities of general consultation, application of information technology, and digital transformation are flexibly and practically deployed by the Ministry Office and the Offices of the units. Communication activities in education are deployed synchronously, serving the common goals of the entire education sector.

In 2025, the Ministry's Office advised the Minister to submit to the Politburo for promulgation Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 on breakthrough development of education and training (Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW). At the same time, advised the Minister to submit to the Government for promulgation the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW.

Regarding communication activities in education, they were deployed synchronously, serving well the common goals of the entire education sector in implementing Resolution 29-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2013 of the Party Central Committee, ready for the implementation of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; meeting the needs of enhancing the position, role, and brand of universities, pedagogical colleges, and vocational training institutions.

Communication activities are organized and coordinated with units inside and outside the industry, implemented systematically and professionally to provide timely educational information to the entire industry and society; ensuring the smooth and widespread information throughout society. Communication products are increasingly diverse and effective. Contributing to the transmission of information on education and training quickly, accurately, with a large level of dissemination and interaction.

The work of advising, forecasting, and handling “hot spots” and media crises is carried out promptly, systematically, and effectively. From there, the understanding, awareness, and responsibility of the whole society towards education and training are raised.

Deploying communication on new platforms, updating information quickly and effectively. Diverse communication products, highly specialized and professional such as: daily, weekly, quarterly news bulletins; quarterly printed newsletters; news and articles on the Ministry of Education and Training's Electronic Information Portal, Ministry of Education and Training's Fanpage, Ministry of Education and Training's Youtube channel... Ensuring the correct and sufficient quantity periodically by day, week, month for each different communication product.

Building a synchronized office system

At the conference, delegates discussed the implementation of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; Topic on Results of the Project on Measuring People's Satisfaction with Public Education Services; Topic on State Secret Protection; Topic on Document and Archive Work...

Dr. Hoang Trung Thanh - Deputy Head of Administration Department (Office of the Ministry of Education and Training) shared about the work of documents and archives: Documents and archives play a special role in the operation of the agency. All activities from directing, operating to solving work are associated with documents and records. Digitizing and managing scientific documents closely will contribute to improving operational efficiency and minimizing errors.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of the office staff over the past year.

The Deputy Minister affirmed: " Office work needs to continue to promote the spirit of initiative, giving advice, and providing comprehensive advice; strengthening the connection between the Ministry's Office and local Departments of Education and Training and affiliated units."

Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung requested units to focus on implementing key tasks: improving the quality of educational communication, promoting propaganda on universal preschool education, tuition exemption and reduction, developing boarding and semi-boarding schools; promoting investment in infrastructure for remote, isolated and particularly disadvantaged areas; building an effective coordination mechanism between units; training a team of office staff with deep expertise, soft skills, information technology capacity and innovative thinking.
