Attending the conference were Mr. Tran Thanh Phung - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group; Mr. Dinh Van Dung - Provincial Party Committee Member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of Chu Prong District People's Council and representatives of local leaders and departments under the Company.
At the conference, the representative of the Organization and Personnel Board of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group announced the decision to remove Mr. Vo Toan Thang - Member of the Board of Members, General Director of Chu Prong Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. from his position to take on a new role as Chairman of the Board of Members of Krong Buk Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. At the same time, the decision to remove Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien - Deputy General Director of the Company from his position as Head of the Board of Members was announced.
The Organization and Personnel Committee also announced the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Ngo Van Man - Member of the Board of Members and Deputy General Director of Kon Tum Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of Chu Prong Rubber One Member Co., Ltd.; transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Thai Son - Deputy General Director of Kon Tum Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. to hold the position of Member of the Board of Members and General Director of Chu Prong Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. from June 5, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Thanh Phung acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the leadership of Chu Prong Rubber Company in the past time. He emphasized that in the coming time, the unit will continue to face many difficulties and challenges, so the comrades appointed to new positions need to promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and creativity to successfully complete the assigned tasks; at the same time, take good care of the lives of workers, especially ethnic minority workers working in production teams in border areas.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrades Ngo Van Man and Tran Thai Son thanked the Group's leaders for their trust in the new unit. They affirmed that they will strive to unite, promote their leadership capacity, and work with the Board of Directors and mass organizations to further develop the Company and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
