Thang Long Mineral Exploitation and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Thang Long Company) was established at the end of October 2008, with strengths in mining, trading rare metal ores and real estate business.
Since its inception, Thang Long Company has paid nearly 200 billion VND to the State budget; contributed nearly 100 billion VND to support organizations, associations, and localities inside and outside the province, focusing on supporting the implementation of the New Rural Development Program; supporting charity and social funds and projects to embellish and restore the National Historical Relic Site - Memorial site for the Youth Volunteers of Company 915, Team 91 Bac Thai, Traditional House at the headquarters of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Doi Can Temple, and Flagpole Temple.

In addition, the Company also participated in the construction of concrete roads and the yard of Huong Ap - Van Xuan Tu pagoda in Tien Phong ward (Pho Yen city); supported the cost of renovating many other historical relics in the province; supported the cost of breeding cows, supported the construction of standard cultural houses, built over 5km of rural concrete roads in Xuyen Son hamlet, Than Sa commune; supported the construction of solidarity houses to help poor households and families with difficult circumstances stabilize their lives...
In particular, in 2023, the Company contributed tens of billions of VND to support social security programs inside and outside the province: Construction of electricity works, roads, schools, stations, cultural houses according to the New Rural Construction Program in the province; sponsoring the construction of Xuyen Son Kindergarten and Primary School in the resettlement area of Xuyen Son hamlet, Than Sa commune (Vo Nhai) with a total cost of 18 billion VND; supporting the programs "Month of action for children", "Waves and computers for children", Gratitude Fund, Thai Nguyen Provincial Education Promotion Fund; giving gifts "Tet for the poor"; supporting the construction of 6 rigid bridges and 38 Great Solidarity houses for policy families and poor households in many localities in the provinces of Ben Tre , Soc Trang, Ca Mau, Kon Tum; supporting the installation of 16 solar power systems for disadvantaged families in mountainous districts of Ha Giang province...

In 2024 alone, the Company has supported localities in the area to build new rural areas, specifically: Supporting clean water lines in Phu Loi village, Thuan Thanh ward (Pho Yen city); renovating Khac Kiem Communal House in Xuyen Son hamlet, Than Sa commune (Vo Nhai); donating all the interior furniture of Muc Temple (Special National Historical Site of Ly Nam De Temple) in Pho Yen city; presented 12,685 gifts to poor households and families in difficult circumstances in the program "Tet Peak Week for the Poor in 2025" in districts and cities in the province such as: Vo Nhai, Dinh Hoa, Phu Luong, Dong Hy, Phu Binh and Pho Yen... In addition, during the year, the Company also supported the construction of 8 new houses and repaired 42 dilapidated houses in the area according to the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary houses and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025" launched by the Prime Minister .
Due to its many contributions to socio-economic development and good implementation of social security work, Thang Long Company and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Company Nguyen Huy Quy have been awarded many noble awards by the Party, the State, the Prime Minister and the Central ministries, branches, and the People's Committees of Thai Nguyen, Ben Tre, Ca Mau, and Soc Trang provinces: Third-class Labor Medal (2023) and many Certificates of Merit and Emulation Flags of various types; for many consecutive years, the Company and the General Director of the Company have been honored as "Excellent Enterprise" and "Typical Entrepreneur" of the province.
