Bac Lieu Electricity Company: Training on safe and economical use of electricity in 2025

On the morning of May 15, Bac Lieu Power Company coordinated with the Southern Power Association to organize a training course on safe and economical use of electricity. The training course was attended by 100 delegates from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Veterans Association, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Youth Union, and Heads of hamlets and villages in Bac Lieu City, Hoa Binh and Vinh Loi districts.

At the training course, delegates were informed of Prime Minister's Directive 20 on enhancing electricity saving in the period of 2023 - 2025; disseminated legal regulations on economical and efficient use of electricity; basic knowledge on safe, economical and efficient use of electricity, especially in the current hot weather conditions... Delegates were also informed about the principles of ensuring safe use of electricity in the home and in production; behaviors that should be done and avoided to prevent electrical incidents; effective electricity saving solutions, both reducing costs and protecting resources and the environment.

The training course also provided time for delegates to discuss and exchange solutions for using electricity economically, safely and effectively in production and daily life.

Through the training course, each delegate is a core propagandist, spreading knowledge and skills on safe and economical use of electricity at agencies, units and residences, helping to form habits of economical use of electricity, improving knowledge of safe and economical use of electricity every day.
