Phu Gia Thinh Company unilaterally proposed compensation plan, customers did not agree

Today, June 17, many customers of the project of Service, Commercial, Apartment and Residential Land Complex on Hoang Van Thai Street, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City (also known as New Da Nang City), invested by Phu Gia Thinh Housing Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (Phu Gia Thinh Company), contacted Thanh Nien reporters to respond to some information related to the project.

Previously, on June 16, Phu Gia Thinh Company said it had sent customers a solution to resolve problems in this project, including asking customers to respond to the company's proposals within 30 days so that the two sides can continue to negotiate conditions and resolve problems.

However, after Phu Gia Thinh Company announced the solution to the problems, many customers said that this was only a solution unilaterally proposed by Phu Gia Thinh Company and had not received the customers' consent.

Regarding the project, Mr. Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, previously directed the authorities to supervise the New Da Nang City project. The leader of the People's Committee of Da Nang City requested that problems be resolved only when the parties, including the investor and capital contributing partners, agree on the benefits.

Responding to Thanh Nien reporters, most customers did not agree with the plan that Phu Gia Thinh Company had just proposed.

The reason is that the customers who are partners contributing capital to the project believe that the company unilaterally proposed a new plan without a meeting with the customers, which is inappropriate.

Previously, on May 25, the New Da Nang City Project Supervision Team (assigned by the Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee to the Da Nang City Inspectorate - PV) met and agreed to request Phu Gia Thinh Company to have a plan to receive people as capital contributing partners.

Therefore, the customer requested Phu Gia Thinh Company to soon organize a 3-party meeting (between the customer, Phu Gia Thinh Company and the Supervisory Team) to come up with a plan with the consensus of the people related to 531 contracts according to the 1/500 planning of the project, according to Decision 3748 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City in 2016 (it is known that the People's Committee of Da Nang City has abolished this planning by Decision 1264 in 2020).

Customers request Phu Gia Thinh Company to resolve related benefits

Previously, Phu Gia Thinh Company was also fined by the People's Committee of Da Nang City for illegally raising capital, receiving capital contributions from more than 400 customers when they did not meet the transaction conditions, with an amount of 50 - 90% of the land lot value.

This is a project that has been stuck for a long time between Phu Gia Thinh Company and the investors. Previously, the two sides have proposed many solutions but failed to reach an agreement. The project's customers have repeatedly requested Da Nang City to consider it; most of the investors want to continue the project to receive land.
