On the morning of October 17, while on patrol duty to control traffic on National Highway 1A, at Km529+300 in Cam Hung commune, Ha Tinh province, the working group of the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh province promptly supported and guided a young man in critical condition to the emergency room safely.

Accordingly, at around 7:10 a.m., while on duty, the task force discovered a car with license plate 38A-687.17 signaling an emergency, requesting assistance in guiding the patient to Ha Tinh General Hospital. Immediately, the task force approached to check and determined that in the car was Mr. Le Anh T. D, (born 2006, residing in Cam Trung commune, Ha Tinh province) who was in a state of convulsions, vomiting blood, and was in danger of his life.

Thanks to timely treatment, the victim was taken to the hospital safely.

Realizing the urgent situation, Captain Pham Dang Thanh and Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Duy Anh quickly used a special vehicle to lead the way, coordinating with the patient's family to take the patient to Ha Tinh General Hospital in the shortest time, ensuring safety.

The timely and responsible actions of the officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department contributed to helping the patient receive timely emergency care, demonstrating the spirit of "serving the people".

After being promptly assisted by officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police to safely take him to the emergency room, Le Anh T. D's family was moved to send their sincere thanks to the Traffic Police force and especially comrades Pham Dang Thanh and Nguyen Duy Anh.

On the same day, on the evening of October 17, Mr. Quoc drove his biological father from Tra Vinh ward (Vinh Long province) to the hospital in Can Tho city for emergency treatment. On the way, the patient showed signs of convulsions, so as soon as he got off the Can Tho bridge, Mr. Quoc stopped the vehicle at Hung Phu Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Can Tho City Police) and asked the officers and soldiers there to help clear the road.

“Because the road from Can Tho Bridge to SIS International Hospital is long, with a lot of vehicles and many traffic lights, I stopped by Hung Phu Traffic Police Station to ask for help from the traffic police. When they heard my explanation, they immediately helped clear the road so I could take my father to the hospital in time,” said Mr. Quoc. According to Mr. Quoc, his father’s health has improved this morning, and he also thanked the officers and soldiers of Hung Phu Traffic Police Station for their support.

According to the Traffic Police Department of Can Tho City Police, on the evening of October 17, the Working Group of Hung Phu Traffic Police Station was conducting a planned patrol when Mr. Quoc's car with license plate 64H-057.XX stopped by for assistance. The Working Group Command directed Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Huong and a member of the Traffic Police Department to use a special vehicle to quickly clear the way and take the patient to the emergency room in time.
