Striving to reach the new rural district finish line

Immediately after thoroughly grasping and studying the 2023 theme of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, grassroots party organizations (TCCSĐ) in Tien Phuoc district registered to implement 292 models of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Assessing the implementation results, according to the Standing Committee of Tien Phuoc District Party Committee, Party committees, localities, agencies and organizations from district to grassroots have had many creative and practical ways of doing things.

From there, a strong shift was made from studying to following Uncle Ho, with specific and effective actions that brought benefits to the people. Dozens of models and hundreds of actions following Uncle Ho were selected and implemented, creating a widespread influence in the community.

Typical in implementing the task of building new rural areas (NTM) are the models: "Promoting the strength of the political system, promoting the will of self-reliance, the aspiration to build a commune that meets NTM standards by 2023" of the Tien Ngoc Commune Party Committee.

Or the model of building a commune that meets the new rural standards in 2023, aiming for a commune that meets advanced new rural standards in 2025 and focusing on leadership and building village 1 into a concentrated production area" of the Tien Lap Commune Party Committee...

In implementing the model registration, the Standing Committee of Tien Phuoc District Party Committee also directed Party committees at all levels, localities, agencies and units to focus on identifying breakthrough tasks, promoting innovation, creativity, taking drastic actions, turning challenges into opportunities, creating premises for successfully implementing political tasks. Together, we aim for the specific goal of striving to reach the finish line of the new rural district in 2024.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ba - Head of the Propaganda Department of Tien Phuoc District Party Committee, said: “The results achieved are important factors contributing to maintaining political stability, socio -economic development, and strengthening people's trust in the Party and State. People's lives are increasingly improved, the poverty rate is lower than the provincial average. Through studying, following and setting examples, the sense of organization and discipline, sense of responsibility, attitude, working style and manners of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees are improved”.

Exemplary of cadres and party members

In recent times, Thang Binh district has continued to maintain and replicate many good models and creative and effective ways of learning and following Uncle Ho. The Standing Committee of Thang Binh District Party Committee said that in addition to maintaining 146 effective models, the grassroots Party organizations have also built 121 new models for implementation.

Among them, outstanding models include: "Mobilizing people to donate land and architectural structures to build traffic to serve urban development" of Binh Minh commune; "Craft village tourism, experiential tourism", "Building bright - green - clean - beautiful villages" of Binh Duong commune; "Godmother" of the District Women's Union; "Cadres and civil servants of Binh Dao commune promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement; innovation, determination to implement digital transformation"; "Crime prevention club of Binh Dinh Bac commune"...

Ms. Vo Thi Doan Trang - Head of the Propaganda Department of Thang Binh District Party Committee said that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has focused on directing Party committees of the Party organizations to develop specific plans to propagate and replicate typical examples, good models, examples of "good people, good deeds" to create a spread in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style throughout the district Party Committee.

In particular, we focus on diversifying propaganda forms to convey the content of studying and following Uncle Ho to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. Through competitions and forums organized, we have attracted a large number of participants and created a widespread, positive effect in social life.

According to Ms. Trang, the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 dated May 18, 2021 is associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII), political tasks and the resolution of urgent and outstanding issues that are of interest to Party committees at all levels. Many exemplary cadres and Party members who take the lead in studying and following Uncle Ho are highly appreciated by the people.

“The results achieved have created positive changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members and people. Thereby, it has made an important contribution to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building a strong Party and organizations in the political system; building a great national unity bloc; promoting the nation's fine moral traditions; and joining hands to well carry out local political tasks,” Ms. Trang acknowledged.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, in 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee directed units and localities to organize a preliminary review of 2 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01, along with commendation and reward for typical examples at all levels across the province.

Accordingly, the whole province has awarded 468 outstanding collectives and individuals; of which the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 44 collectives and individuals; at the district level, 424 collectives and individuals. The Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit was selected and proposed to be awarded to 2 collectives and individuals; the Central Propaganda Department's Certificate of Merit was awarded to 1 individual. 3 individuals with outstanding achievements were selected to make documentary films, promote national typical examples and exchange and meet at the national typical example conference.

In 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department prepared a dossier to propose the Provincial People's Committee to reward 22 collectives and individuals with achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; prepared a dossier to introduce typical examples to participate in exhibition topics and programs to honor typical examples organized by the Central Government.
