In recent times, the Front Working Committee of Ban village, Chieng Mai commune, has been propagating and mobilizing people to actively participate in patriotic emulation movements launched by all levels, especially the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; propagating to help people understand and support the implementation of the policy on the 2-level government model; and accessing locations to carry out administrative procedures.
Mr. Lo Van Sang, Head of the Ban Village Front Work Committee, shared: The village has 131 households, with 504 people. Being informed about the implementation of a two-level government, people are happy, excited and believe in the major policies of the Party and the State. Previously, if people wanted to do many State administrative procedures, they had to go to the district, which took time and effort. Now, the Public Administration Service Center is located right in the commune, people are served much faster and more conveniently. Feedback from the grassroots is also received and processed more promptly, the connection between the government and the people is increasingly effective. To achieve the goal of striving to meet the NTM standards in 2025, the Village Front Work Committee will continue to stay close to the locality to propagate people to compete in labor production, develop economic models, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.
After the reorganization, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chieng Mai commune includes the chairman, vice chairman and vice chairmen who are also heads of socio -political organizations (Women's Union, Youth Union, Veterans Association, Farmers' Association). The current organizational model of the Vietnam Fatherland Front maximizes its role in gathering and uniting members, union members of organizations and the people. Since its establishment, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has organized meetings, developed regulations and action plans; assigned responsibilities to each organization and individual, associated with the functions and tasks of socio-political organizations.
Mr. Tong Van Cuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chieng Mai commune, said: Towards the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune will step up propaganda, mobilization, gathering, building, and firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc; propagate and mobilize cadres, union members, association members and people in the commune to unite, trust, agree, and well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, participate in socio-economic development, maintain national defense and security; strengthen Party building and political system building.
In addition, launching emulation for the target of villages having at least 1 project, part of work to welcome the Party Congress at all levels; implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas". After more than 2 weeks of launching, the associations and organizations chaired and coordinated with the Front Working Committees of the villages to clean and clear sewers; planted 300 trees; moved 120 livestock barns, built toilets to ensure aesthetics and the environment; mobilized households and groups of households to install solar energy bulbs on residential roads; planted more than 500 m of flower roads along the road to the commune headquarters, Vut Bon village, Puong Vay village.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune continues to direct the unions and the Front Working Committees of the villages in the area to promote propaganda and mobilize people to carry out emulation movements, celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, major holidays of the province and the country...; well organize activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), the National Great Unity Day in residential areas (November 18).
Coordinate well the organization of meetings with voters, grasp the thoughts and promptly reflect the aspirations of the people; carry out well the work of supervision, social criticism and contribute ideas to build the Party and government...
From the achieved results, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Chieng Mai commune continues to widely deploy patriotic emulation movements; replicate advanced models, set good examples, good deeds, create motivation to successfully complete the targets and tasks of local socio-economic development.
