Mr. Hua Hong Quan (living and working in Bac Giang City) - the owner of the above video said that the scene was filmed on the sea crossing route connecting Binh Minh III dike to Con Noi, in Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province.

This is a road and sea-crossing bridge project with a total length of about 6km, built from 2017 and completed in 2020.

The starting point of the route goes through the national biosphere reserve forest, and the end point is Con Noi - a small island in Kim Son district.

Hong Quan shared that the 3km long sea-crossing bridge is an attractive check-in location but not everyone knows about it. The best time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery here is at dawn and dusk.

“I arrived here at 5:30 p.m., right at sunset, the tide was high so the scenery was very beautiful. The afternoon sunlight was gentle, and the bridge was surrounded by vast sea. All combined to create a beautiful, poetic, romantic moment,” Hong Quan recounted.

The sea-crossing bridge has wide lanes, making it convenient for motorbikes and cars to pass through. In the middle of the bridge, there are some sections that extend to one side, where visitors can park their cars and stop to enjoy the scenery. Photo: Hua Hong Quan

According to the experience of the young man from Bac Giang, to "hunt" for beautiful moments at the sea-crossing bridge to Con Noi, visitors should follow the tide schedule and wait for the rising tide (when the tide is high, mainly in the afternoon).

If you come here at low tide, the water recedes, you will see the entire sandbank appear along both sides of the bridge. This is the area where locals raise clams, in the middle there are a number of watchtowers built.

“Some tourists who have been to the sea bridge to Con Noi said that their videos were edited so the scene was different from reality. However, if you come to this place on a sunny day and at high tide, you will feel the impressive natural beauty of the space here.

According to my experience, on sunny days the water is clearer, convenient for tourists to visit and take pictures," the 9X emphasized.

The young man from Bac Giang revealed that although it is a beautiful check-in location, tourists cannot always visit this place.

“There is no fixed schedule for when the bridge opens or closes. Usually, the bridge opens on major holidays so that people and tourists can conveniently go to the island to visit and experience,” Quan said.

If you are lucky enough to arrive at the time the bridge opens and set foot on Con Noi, don't miss the opportunity to explore this pristine sea.

Con Noi is located in the coastal area of Kim Son, once recognized by UNESCO as a world biosphere reserve, one of the eight most important biodiversity conservation areas in the Asia-Pacific region.

In addition to Con Noi, if you have the opportunity to visit Kim Son, visitors can combine experiencing some other tourist destinations in the district such as Phat Diem stone church, Kim Son sedge village, Luu Quang tile bridge... and don't forget to enjoy attractive specialties such as eel salad, goat meat, burnt rice...
