On the morning of July 18, Hai Phong Agricultural Extension Center coordinated with Vinh Bao Commune People's Committee to organize a trade promotion conference with the theme "Promoting, promoting trade and connecting consumption of Vinh Bao pear guava".

At the guava garden in Dong Ta village, a representative of DPH Group JSC introduced to farmers the effectiveness of selling on digital platforms and how to apply AI artificial intelligence to sell on digital platforms. In particular, the company's employees and farmers experienced live streaming to directly promote, introduce and sell guava in the garden.

Representatives of some businesses and safe food and agricultural product stores directly surveyed the potential and advantages of Dong Ta land. This is the land along the Luoc River that nurtures guava orchards, bringing high quality, crispy, sweet guava, farmers sell at prices twice as high as similar products on the market.

Currently, Vinh Bao commune has a specialized area for growing pear guava with an area of 40 hectares, attracting 80 growing households, supplying the market with about 500 tons of guava each crop. Vinh Bao pear guava has been granted VietGAP certification since 2019.
