Previously, at 11:16 p.m. on July 13, Center 114 of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Hai Phong City Police received a fire report at house number 302, street 351, An Hai ward.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Department's leaders mobilized the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Zone 4 and 3 specialized vehicles to the scene, coordinating with local forces to deploy fire fighting and rescue.
The fire broke out in a 2-story house, adjacent to many other households and near Minh Kha market. It was potentially complicated. Firefighters cut off the power, sprayed water to isolate and block off the fire.
At this time, it was determined that there were 4 people inside the burning apartment: the old lady who is the owner's mother, the owner's wife and 2 young children of the owner. The fire fighting force, regardless of the danger, approached and brought the victims out of the fire safely and took them to a medical facility for care.
After nearly 1 hour of effort, the fire was controlled and completely extinguished by the fire fighting force. Currently, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department is coordinating with related units to investigate the scene, determine the cause of the fire to handle according to regulations.
