On June 25, the Da Nang Department of Transport announced a plan to temporarily suspend the operation of some trucks during the 2024 high school graduation exam.
Accordingly, Da Nang temporarily suspends the operation of all types of vehicles pulling trailers, semi-trailers, dump trucks (dump trucks), and trucks carrying wood chips with a permitted cargo volume of over 10 tons on all routes in the city during the three days of the 2024 high school graduation exam.
Specifically, the banned hours on June 26 are from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
June 27 and 28 are from 6am to 7:30am, 9:30am to 2:30pm and 3:30pm to 6pm.
The above vehicle bans exclude the Hai Van - Tuy Loan tunnel, La Son - Tuy Loan, Hai Van pass, Ta Quang Buu, Nguyen Van Cu (section from Ta Quang Buu street to Hai Van pass).

Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuan - Director of the Departmentof Education and Training of Da Nang - said that the city has 13,561 candidates registered to take the high school graduation exam in 2024.
Of these, 12,853 candidates registered to take the exam for both graduation recognition and college and university admission; 605 candidates took the exam only for college and university admission and 103 candidates took the exam for high school graduation.
The whole city established 28 official examination sites with 575 examination rooms, 45 waiting rooms, and 28 reserve rooms.
There will be more than 50 officials participating in the multiple-choice test marking work, and nearly 2,500 officials and teachers are expected to participate in the test invigilation work.
