In Duy Xuyen commune, Da Nang city, the Tra Ly lotus pond is in full bloom, attracting many locals and tourists to visit.

The lotus flowers of Tra Ly usually bloom from May to August each year, with the peak blooming season in June and July.

Previously, this area was primarily used for rice cultivation, but the economic efficiency was low. For more than a decade now, the shift to lotus farming has provided a stable source of income for the people, while also contributing to environmental protection.
Lotus products in Tra Ly are now processed in diverse ways, from dried lotus seeds and lotus tea to handcrafted products, contributing to enhancing the value of regional agricultural products.
Beyond its economic value, the lotus is also a symbol of pure beauty, closely intertwined with the spiritual life of the local people.
