According to the Prime Minister 's Decision on assigning targets for completing social housing in 2025 and the following years until 2030, Da Nang city is assigned to complete 1,500 apartments in 2025.

According to the Department of Construction of Da Nang, in 2025, the City will continue to complete a project of concentrated student dormitory area in the West and expanded West in Hoa Khanh Industrial Urban Area, with 728 apartments.

In addition, Da Nang City will complete the selection of investors for 2 projects with 1,955 apartments: Social housing at Apartment Land Area No. 3 in Area B - Residential Area South of Cam Le Bridge; Social housing at Apartment Land Area No. 5 in Area B - Residential Area South of Cam Le Bridge.

Da Nang city has implemented the construction of many social housing projects.

In addition, Da Nang City will approve the investment policy and call for investment in 5 projects with about 3,300 apartments. Specifically, apartment building No. 10 Trinh Cong Son; Hoa Minh apartment building; Social housing at lot A1-7, Chu Huy Man street; Social housing at lot A2-4, Ngu Hanh Son street and the road leading to Tuyen Son bridge; Social housing at lot B3 in Area E (Phase 1) - Residential area south of Cam Le bridge.

During the 2021-2024 period, Da Nang City has implemented 11 social housing projects with 8,771 units; by the end of 2023, 1,774 units have been completed and put into use.

By 2030, the Government assigned Da Nang City to complete 12,800 social housing apartments.
