In addition, local products such as Thai brocade, Thai labor tools, honey, gai cake... displayed at the festival attracted a lot of attention from the people.

In particular, at the festival, there is a rice tray competition between villages. Accordingly, each village organizes the purchase, selection of raw materials, and preparation of dishes. In addition to everyday dishes, specialties imbued with the identity of the Thai and Tho ethnic groups such as five-color sticky rice, gai cake, ot soup, grilled stream fish, bamboo rice, bitter bamboo shoots, sour meat, etc. are prepared and decorated elaborately and beautifully by the teams, bringing an unforgettable experience to those who enjoy them.
