TPO - On the morning of July 18, Hanoi University of Science and Technology predicted the admission scores for regular university training programs in 2025. In particular, the predicted admission score based on the results of the High School Graduation Exam has the highest level of 28 points.

According to Hanoi University of Science and Technology, based on the score distribution and enrollment data of previous years, the unit predicts the admission scores for regular university training programs in 2025 for 65 training programs for all admission methods including: Talent Selection method (XTTN), admission method based on Thinking Assessment test scores (ĐGTD) and admission method based on high school graduation exam scores (THPT).

From July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates wishing to apply for university admission in 2025 must register for admission on the Ministry of Education and Training 's General Virtual Filtering System at: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn.

Candidates can refer to the predicted admission scores above to register for admission to their favorite majors at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Converting benchmark scores between admission methods

According to the general instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training, Hanoi University of Science and Technology applies the Percentile Equating method to find equivalent benchmark scores between the three admission methods this year.

In addition, Hanoi University of Science and Technology conducts statistics and analyzes admission data of the past 3 years, different admission combinations, analyzes the distribution of talent admission scores by subject, the distribution of TSA exam scores, the distribution of high school graduation exam scores in 2025 with 02 original combinations A00 (Math-Physics-Chemistry) and D01 (Math-Literature-English) to serve as a basis for determining the correlation percentile range.

The correlation percentile table between admission methods of Hanoi University of Science and Technology is determined through the Percentile method on the data set of candidates with both TSA exam scores and high school exam scores according to combination A00; Data set of candidates with both TSA exam scores and high school exam scores according to combination D01; Top% of XTTN scores in area 1.2 and area 1.3 is calculated on the total number of candidates with scores according to the XTTN method from the floor score to the highest level; Top% of DGTD scores is calculated on the total number of candidates with TSA scores from the floor score to the highest level.

According to this university, from the Percentile Table, the interpolation function will be used to convert the standard score between different admission methods.

This year, Hanoi University of Science and Technology will enroll 9,680 students with 3 admission methods: Talent Selection, Thinking Assessment, and High School Graduation.
