The 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress did not use paper documents.

The content was stated by the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee in the notice just sent to the delegates summoned to attend the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress.

The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office has just issued a document announcing the schedule of activities of delegates summoned to attend the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Delegates use tablets to access Congress documents

According to the announcement, all delegates will work in groups from the first day of the meeting until the end of the Congress and travel by shuttle bus arranged by the Congress Organizing Committee.

The discussion groups at the Congress consist of 12 groups. Each group consists of 1 Group Leader, 2 Deputy Group Leaders and 2 Secretaries. At the same time, delegates will work in groups throughout the Congress (from October 11 to 15, 2025).

According to the schedule, the delegates will visit economic -cultural, social, defense-security works and models in the city. These include visiting and experiencing urban railway line No. 1; offering incense and flowers to commemorate the merits of the Hung Kings at the Hung Kings Memorial; visiting the city's Martyrs' Cemetery and offering incense and flowers at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument.

Also according to the announcement of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office, to strictly implement the spirit of comprehensive digital transformation, the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will not use paper documents (except for confidential documents). The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office recommends that each delegate bring a tablet to access information and documents related to the Congress.

To ensure security control during the Congress, delegates put documents, tablets, and related items in a common leather bag and use it throughout the Congress.

The Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office also reminded delegates to limit bringing handbags and other personal belongings other than the equipped items.

"For confidential documents, delegates must preserve them according to the Law on Protection of State Secrets" - the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office stated in the announcement.

Delegates fully attended the content and working program of the Congress.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just announced the expected time to organize the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has notified the Party Committees of communes, wards, special zones and the Party Committees at the grassroots level directly under the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to directly disseminate to each delegate attending the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress for the term 2025-2030, arrange work, and fully attend the content and working program of the Congress.

Specifically, on October 11 and 12, delegates participated in pre-Congress activities, including visiting typical works of the city (October 12).

On the morning of October 13, delegates attended the Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, preparatory session.

All day on October 14 and the morning of October 15, delegates attended the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the official and closing sessions.
