The 1st Congress of the Provincial Border Guard Command Party Committee

On the morning of July 18, the Provincial Border Guard Command Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang attended and directed the congress.

Attending the event were Major General Nguyen Xuan Toan, Political Commissar of the Border Guard; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee Tran Vu Khiem; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dao Manh Hung; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Phong Phu; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Le Hong Viet; representatives of leaders of departments and branches, and 120 party members.

After the presentation of the political report, the delegates discussed and contributed to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the documents of the 1st Quang Tri Provincial Military Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. At the same time, they focused on evaluating the results of leadership in implementing political tasks, building a strong and comprehensive unit and Party building work, drawing out the causes of advantages, disadvantages and lessons learned in the past term.
