Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee ordered the Chairmen of the People's Committees of coastal communes and wards to urgently announce a ban on all boats going out to sea and all fishing activities in the province's waters.
The sea ban will be in effect from 6am on November 26, 2025 until storm No. 15 dissipates.

The Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Fisheries and Islands coordinate with coastal localities to closely monitor information on weather developments to proactively notify fishermen (vessel owners) to resume fishing activities at sea after the storm, have appropriate production plans, and ensure safety when fishing.
Regarding ensuring the safety of people and vehicles operating at sea, the Provincial People's Committee directed coastal communes and wards and competent authorities to guide organizations and individuals operating in the fields of shipbuilding, ship repair and maritime transport to immediately deploy plans to prevent natural disasters and search and rescue.
For vessels operating in the field of exploitation and fishing at sea, they must strictly comply with the announcements, calls, and instructions of relevant agencies and units to take shelter from storms and anchor. Absolutely do not allow people to stay on ships, aquaculture cages, and watchtowers.
The Provincial People's Committee requests relevant departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of coastal communes and wards and organizations and individuals to urgently and strictly comply with the ban.
