Mr. Nguyen Kim Long - Director of Khanh Hoa Aquatic Projects Management Center said that by 3:00 p.m. on November 27, there were 3,365 fishing boats and other watercraft of people inside and outside the province anchored to avoid storm No. 15 at 7 fishing ports combined with anchorage areas, including: 760 boats at Ca Na Fishing Port combined with anchorage area; 551 boats at Dong Hai Fishing Port combined with anchorage area at Cai River mouth; 871 boats at Ninh Chu Fishing Port combined with anchorage area; 25 boats at My Tan Fishing Port; 335 boats at Da Bac Fishing Port combined with Cam Ranh Bay anchorage area; 551 boats at Hon Ro Port combined with Song Tac anchorage area and 267 boats at Ninh Hai Fishing Port combined with anchorage area.

Khanh Hoa Aquatic Projects Management Center requires fishing ports and anchorage areas in the province to proactively coordinate with local authorities, Border Guard forces and functional agencies in the area to guide and arrange for ships to anchor and take shelter; ensure security, order, fire prevention and fighting in the area; fully count the number of ships and boats anchored in the area...

According to the sea ban order of the Provincial People's Committee, from 7:00 a.m. on November 28 until further notice, all ships and boats, including tourist ships, transport ships, fishing vessels and other means of transport, are prohibited from operating and traveling at sea; calling and arranging for vehicles to take shelter from the storm and people on anchored ships and boats must return to shore before 6:00 p.m. on November 28.
