At the same time, the People's Committee of Van Ninh commune coordinated with the border guards and fisheries control forces to continue to focus on managing boats and vehicles, strictly implementing the sea ban order of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
In riverside and stream areas, the commune requires assigned working groups to proactively grasp the phone numbers of households in vulnerable areas to promptly inform when there is a request for evacuation; check shelters to ensure they are solid, high, and safe; and prepare equipment, food, and necessities to respond to natural disasters.
