By 1pm on December 1, the storm is located in the northwest sea area of ​​the central East Sea, about 200km east of the eastern coast of Gia Lai province, wind force level 8-9, gust level 12.

The sea area off the coast of Khanh Hoa province has strong winds of level 6-7, later increasing to level 8, gusts of level 9-10, waves 4-6m high, rough seas.
