According to Mr. Nguyen Van Quy, Vice President of the Da Nang City Bar Association, the legal framework on environment and climate change is increasingly complete, but the "key" still lies in people's awareness and behavior, such as: using resources economically, not littering, seriously classifying waste at source, and participating in models of self-managed residential areas to protect the environment.
The City Bar Association also spent a lot of time answering people's questions about land disputes, common walkways, granting land use right certificates, environmental pollution and civil issues arising in residential areas.
The City Bar Association emphasized that access to the law is a right, creating conditions for people to protect themselves. At the same time, it suggested that localities continue to integrate legal content and environmental protection into the activities of Party cells, residential groups, women's associations, youth unions, etc. to raise awareness and build a community that lives and works according to the law.
