Improving safety in petroleum business

The training conference helps businesses better understand the process and properly implement new regulations, aiming for a safe, transparent and sustainable operation of the Hai Phong petroleum market.

On the morning of November 25, in Hai Duong ward, the city's Department of Industry and Trade held a training conference on legal documents related to petroleum business activities.

More than 300 delegates representing organizations and petroleum businesses in the city attended.

At the training conference, the Department of Industry and Trade and related units conveyed the key contents of legal documents issued in 2025. Notably, Decree No. 105/2025/ND-CP dated May 15, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue.

This Decree is of key importance in improving the safety level at petroleum business establishments. Along with that are regulations and rules for responding to oil spills, helping businesses be more proactive in preventing risks and handling environmental situations...

At the conference, many questions from businesses related to business conditions, technical standards, environment, fire prevention and fighting, construction, etc. were promptly answered by representatives of relevant departments and branches. Thereby, helping businesses better understand the process and properly implement new regulations, towards a safe, transparent and sustainable operation of the Hai Phong petroleum market, contributing to maintaining the city's energy security.

Training to improve the effectiveness of industrial promotion activities

Also on the morning of November 25, at Xuyen Viet Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (Gia Phuc commune), the Department of Industry and Trade organized a training conference on industrial promotion work in 2025.

The training conference aims to equip and update knowledge, skills and expertise on industrial promotion for the team of cadres and civil servants performing state management tasks on industrial promotion; support rural industrial establishments to grasp policies, development orientations, and improve the capacity to apply technical, technological and management advances in production and business.

At the same time, exchange information and management experience, improve the effectiveness of industrial promotion activities, and contribute to the sustainable development of rural industry.

In 2025, the Department of Industry and Trade plans to support rural industrial establishments from the national industrial promotion fund of VND 1.35 billion with 2 projects; from the local industrial promotion fund of more than VND 6.3 billion with 34 projects.
