In Dong Ninh Hoa ward, since November 26, the Border Guard force has issued warnings to 520 cages, 96 rafts, and 123 workers on aquaculture cages; counted, counted, and called on boats to come ashore for shelter or move out of dangerous areas; strictly managed boats and fishermen operating at sea and anchorage areas to avoid storms. Up to now, 385 boats and more than 580 fishermen have grasped information about the storm and moved to safe Ninh Hai anchorage area. Lieutenant Colonel Truong Phuc Dat - Head of Ninh Hai Border Guard Station said: "The station has propagated and mobilized fishermen fishing at sea to return to safe shelters; sent forces to residential areas to help people reinforce their houses. Therefore, since November 26, many communes and wards have immediately organized and deployed response work to storms and possible heavy rains. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of Tan Dinh Commune People's Committee said: "Learning from the experience of the recent floods, the locality has requested functional forces and village heads to coordinate more closely, proactively respond to unexpected situations; identify vulnerable areas prone to deep flooding to arrange forces and equipment to the villages to support people in strengthening their houses; resolutely evacuate people from dangerous areas, especially the elderly and children. In particular, communication and propaganda to people are deployed in many forms so that people can grasp the storms and rains, proactively move assets and livestock".

Cam Hiep and Cam An communes also conducted a field inspection of the level of impact in key areas where flooding and landslides often occur; assessed the safety of billboards, panels, signs, and trees along traffic routes to prevent the risk of collapse and accidents during the rainy and stormy season; made a list of households and the number of people who need to be evacuated in the villages of Suoi Coc, Valy, Xuan Lap, Phu Binh 1, Lap Dinh 2, and Suoi Cat; prepared clean water, medical supplies, and food at temporary shelters; developed a plan to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and school equipment; reinforced damaged road sections. At the same time, checked, reviewed, and proactively implemented measures to ensure the safety of lakes and ponds that store water for production, livestock, and daily life in the area; guided and supported people in reinforcing and bracing their houses; Arrange forces to guard and block culverts, spillways, and areas with deep flooding and fast-flowing water; strictly prohibit vehicles and people from circulating to ensure safety; check and review culverts crossing the road, arrange forces and vehicles to dredge and clear the flow at locations that do not ensure drainage capacity...
