The working delegation inspected vocational training activities at Dai Loi VocationalEducation Center, Dak Lao commune, Dak Mil district.

According to the report, since the beginning of the year, the center has trained 3,781 people to drive cars of all classes, with a graduation rate of 74.47%. However, the unit has not yet been allocated enough capital to pay for the benefits and policies for students, most of whom are demobilized soldiers.
After the inspection, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh requested the center to continue to innovate and improve the quality of vocational training. The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the People's Committee of Dak Mil district will coordinate with relevant units to support the center in removing difficulties and obstacles, further improving the effectiveness of vocational training activities in the coming time.

The working delegation of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee also inspected the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Dak Mil district.
In 2024, the center organized 12 vocational training classes in agriculture and non-agriculture with 420 students participating, reaching 100% of the plan assigned by the province. The total implementation cost is nearly 1.5 billion VND.

According to the assessment, after being trained, rural workers have boldly and proactively applied science and technology to production development, contributing to improving productivity and quality of agricultural products, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction.

To meet the demand for vocational training, the Dak Mil District Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center recommends that the province and district increase investment in equipment and supplement the teaching staff for the unit.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh acknowledged the results achieved by the Dak Mil District Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center in vocational training for rural workers.

The provincial People's Committee leader requested the Dak Mil District People's Committee to continue to promote propaganda about the Party, State and province's policies on vocational training, changing the awareness of all levels, sectors and the whole society that vocational training is a condition for job creation and sustainable poverty reduction.
