Dak Nong focuses on removing bottlenecks to develop the economy

On the morning of March 27, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Executive Committee held the 19th Conference, term XII, term 2020 - 2025.

The conference aims to evaluate the implementation of tasks in the first quarter, deploy key tasks in the second quarter of 2025 and a number of other important contents.

Many important tasks contributing to creating growth momentum are also behind schedule. Some units have not yet timely assessed and classified the quality of collectives and individuals in 2024...

Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, socio-political organizations, heads of agencies and units focus on doing a good job of ideological work, propaganda, and mobilizing the masses; unite and be unified regardless of any circumstances or conditions.

All levels, sectors and localities thoroughly grasp and well implement the resolutions and directives of the Central and the province; promote the spirit of responsibility, determination, proactiveness and creativity in leadership and direction, and strive to achieve the highest results in the targets and tasks of 2025.

Along with focusing on removing bottlenecks in economic development, the contents that the province has given policies on, if they are not entangled and in accordance with the law, must be implemented, and difficulties and bottlenecks must continue to be proposed.

Inspection and supervision work continues to be carried out according to plan. All levels and sectors need to focus on implementing the contents of streamlining the apparatus and political system. The Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee direct the Department of Home Affairs and the Organization Board to coordinate with relevant levels and sectors to carefully consider and develop appropriate plans for arrangement and merger; pay attention to and review the quality of cadres for arrangement and placement and have clear and specific criteria.

Regarding the socio-economic field, the Provincial Party Secretary requested to continue improving the investment environment and administrative procedures; supporting investors, especially wind power projects that have been added to the Power Plan VIII; bauxite processing plant complexes, Tran Hong Quan Aluminum Smelter, etc.

For new projects, it is necessary to carefully study the impact and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Agree on the viewpoint of "doing, not backtracking", all activities proceed normally. Specific tasks that have been planned need to be accelerated, especially public investment with medium-term capital allocation, key projects, and projects under national target programs.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Nong Province Ngo Thanh Danh requested units to focus on work and strive to complete the targets.

Comrade Ngo Thanh Danh proposed to promote production, business, trade and services; land use planning, disbursement of public investment capital; focus on removing obstacles in bauxite planning.

All levels, sectors and localities need to focus on budget management and operation, resolutely implement solutions to increase revenue and save expenditure according to regulations; strengthen the management of public assets and use the finances of agencies and units with surplus due to mergers. Party committees and authorities at all levels need to create all favorable conditions for the development of industry, agriculture, services, tourism; manage and use land, resources, manage and protect forests and protect the environment.

The whole province needs to continue to take care of people's health, promote healthcare, education, poverty reduction, eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses according to the prescribed roadmap and ethnic, religious and social security policies; control, prevent and combat epidemics.
