Phan Dinh Construction Co., Ltd. (Phan Dinh Company) was established in 2005, operating in multiple sectors (31 business lines) with an initial charter capital of 5 billion VND. After nearly 20 years of development, Phan Dinh Company has affirmed its position in many fields.
In its early days, the company started with just a small office operating under extremely difficult conditions. It began with small-scale projects such as schools, roads, and canals – low-value projects scattered across various localities in Binh Thuan province. Many projects in remote, mountainous areas were costly and resulted in low profits, but the company remained determined to undertake them for the purpose of social welfare, and later to establish its reputation and brand. Throughout its operation, the company's staff and employees have overcome countless difficulties and obstacles since its inception. In return, the company has now established its reputation, position, and brand in many fields, especially in the construction sector. Accordingly, the company has participated in bidding and constructing many large-scale transportation and irrigation projects in Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Lam Dong, Dong Nai , Ben Tre, and Long An provinces. Through this, the company's bidding results for major national-level projects have also been approved by investors. Besides constructing transportation, irrigation, and civil infrastructure, the company has also undertaken the maintenance and repair of road infrastructure, contributing to smoother road surfaces, ensuring safe and smooth traffic flow, and gradually reducing traffic accidents. Currently, the company is responsible for the maintenance and repair of hundreds of kilometers of National Highways 1A, 27, 57, 57B, and 57C in Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Lam Dong, and Ben Tre provinces. These roads all have asphalt surfaces that are regularly upgraded and are in relatively good condition, and a complete traffic safety system is in place.
However, some sections of the road passing through residential areas are flooded and waterlogged during heavy rains, leading to road degradation and the formation of potholes. Therefore, the management, repair, and maintenance of the transportation infrastructure must be carried out regularly and promptly to ensure smooth and uninterrupted traffic flow. Simultaneously, potential traffic accident hotspots must be addressed promptly, and damaged road markers and signs must be replaced and repaired in case of storms or floods. The company is responsible for effectively managing and maintaining the road infrastructure network. To ensure regular and high-quality maintenance, traffic safety, and convenient access for people and vehicles, the company also performs tasks such as mowing road shoulders, digging horizontal and vertical drainage ditches, and repainting road markers and signs. In addition, the company regularly maintains, repairs, and patches potholes to ensure smooth traffic. The leader of Phan Dinh Construction Co., Ltd. stated: With the assigned tasks, the company regularly dispatches technical staff and road inspectors to check roads, promptly detect damage for repair, or report to superiors to plan repairs to ensure traffic safety and protect the structure of transportation infrastructure. This mainly involves patching potholes, building drainage ditches, constructing road shoulders, applying asphalt to the road surface, and repairing embankment slopes…
However, violations of traffic corridors and re-encroachment on roadbeds and sidewalks still occur on the routes entrusted to the company. Land and construction management in some localities is still inadequate, leading to many violations and encroachments on road traffic corridors. To remedy this situation, the company wishes and proposes that the competent authorities continue to strengthen inspection and supervision in coordination with the company's regular maintenance work, and to promote early detection, prevention, and handling of violations of road traffic corridors in accordance with regulations.
