According to a source from the Department of Industry and Trade, based on Resolution 03/2025/NQ-HDND of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council on regulating specific spending levels for local industrial promotion activities in the province, which has just been issued, the Department of Industry and Trade has just issued a document requesting the People's Committees of communes and wards to direct the review and registration of the 2026 industrial promotion plan to help build and implement the 2026 Industrial Promotion Plan in line with reality and achieve high efficiency.
Accordingly, the Department of Industry and Trade requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to closely follow the List of projects to register the Industrial Promotion Plan in 2026, providing related documents such as Business Registration Certificate, submission/request for support from production establishments, cooperatives, enterprises, Certificate of food hygiene and safety conditions, certificate of declaration of compliance with food safety regulations... The unit also requested the units to coordinate with the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion for guidance, while ensuring the progress of updating reports and registering plans with the Ministry of Industry and Trade .

Also according to the Department of Industry and Trade, the orientation for building the 2026 Industrial Promotion Plan in Dak Lak province will focus on the following contents: Supporting the construction of technical demonstration models to popularize new technologies and produce new products; supporting the transfer and application of machinery, equipment, advanced technology, and automation in production; supporting rural industrial establishments to repair and upgrade environmental pollution treatment systems; supporting the construction of pilot models on applying cleaner production and replicating the applied models; supporting the construction, registration of trademarks and investment in showrooms and introductions of rural industrial products at all levels that are still in effect. Along with that, the work of supporting rural industrial establishments to participate in domestic fairs and exhibitions; supporting vocational training according to the needs of rural industrial establishments; Support for hiring consultants and assisting rural industrial establishments in the fields of investment project preparation, marketing, production management, design, packaging, application of new technology and equipment, etc. will also be implemented.
The level of industrial promotion funding support is implemented according to Decision 4371/QD-BCT dated November 23, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on approving the level of national industrial promotion funding support and Resolution 03/2025/NQ-HDND dated July 16, 2025 of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council stipulating specific spending levels for local industrial promotion activities in the province.
