Dam Ha: Careful preparation, focused and key points

Thoroughly implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024, of the Politburo and the directives and guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee , Dam Ha district is stepping up its leadership and guidance in preparing for the Party congresses at all levels in the area in a meticulous, focused, and targeted manner.

sdf — The Party Committee of Dam Ha commune held a meeting to discuss the tasks for preparing for the commune's Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee and people of Dam Ha commune (Dam Ha district) achieved many outstanding accomplishments in various fields. Many economic models in agriculture, forestry, and fisheries were established and developed; average income reached 115 million VND per person. Many targets set in the previous Party Congress Resolution were met and exceeded. These positive results provide a solid foundation for the commune's Party Committee to confidently achieve even higher development goals in the new term.

In implementing the plan to organize grassroots-level congresses, the Dam Ha Commune Party Committee was selected by the Dam Ha District Party Committee to hold a pilot congress in March 2025. This aims to evaluate and draw lessons for all grassroots Party branches and committees throughout the district to implement their congresses according to the set plan. To best fulfill this important political task, the Commune Party Committee has been actively and proactively preparing in all aspects, especially in raising awareness and ideology, creating a vibrant atmosphere of emulation among all cadres, Party members, and the people towards the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Ms. Hoang My Linh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Ha Commune, said: Recognizing the honor and responsibility of being selected as the pilot unit to organize the congress for evaluation and experience sharing in directing grassroots-level congresses in the district, the Commune Party Committee has focused intensely on thorough preparation to ensure the successful organization of the Congress. The Congress Steering Committee, subcommittees, and support teams have been established, with specific tasks assigned, ensuring that the work progresses according to the plan and schedule. The preparation work of the Commune Party Committee has been very smooth thanks to the unity, democracy, and determination of cadres and Party members to successfully complete the assigned tasks. On February 3rd, the Commune Party Committee admitted 5 new Party members on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , a practical activity to celebrate the Commune Party Congress. The entire Party Committee demonstrates its determination, effort, and commitment to successfully achieve the set goals and tasks to confidently move into a new era and a new term.

sdf — Dam Ha commune is focusing on decorating and publicizing celebratory events to welcome the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Following the direction of the District Party Committee and its Standing Committee, the grassroots Party branches and committees have proactively and actively led and directed the preparation work, clearly defining responsibilities and taking initiative in implementing tasks. The Party committees of communes and towns have followed the prescribed procedures for nominating personnel to participate in the Party committee executive board, the Party committee standing committee, and the positions of Party secretary and deputy secretary for the 2025-2030 term. To date, eight communes and towns have developed personnel plans. The preparation of documents for the congress has been meticulously directed.

Mr. Ta Huu Tuat, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tan Lap commune, said: "Personnel work has been closely led by the Party Committee, ensuring procedures and democracy, aiming to create high consensus among cadres and Party members before, during, and after the congress. The quality of personnel participating in the new Party committee ensures standards, qualifications, and the proportion of women and young people. The commune Party Committee has proactively completed the drafting of the Political Report to be presented at the commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; assigned the Document Subcommittee to finalize the draft Political Report to be presented at the Congress, and organized the collection of opinions from cadres, Party members, and the people. To date, the draft Political Report has been revised and supplemented three times. This is the intellectual product of both the Party Committee and the people of the commune, serving as the basis for the upcoming commune Party Congress to decide on appropriate goals, directions, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term."

sdf — Tan Lap commune held a meeting of the heads of the subcommittees preparing for the commune's Party Congress.

With a sense of urgency, seriousness, and proactiveness, closely following the directives of higher authorities and local realities, by February 5, 2025, 141 out of 155 grassroots Party branches in the district had completed their congresses, achieving 90.96%. The Dam Ha District Party Committee directed grassroots Party branches and committees to complete their congresses between March and June 2025, and to be ready for the District Party Congress in July 2025.
