The artillery forces finished their formation and preparations at National Military Training Center 4 and began moving at 8:30 p.m. on August 5.
The moving force is organized into formations. Block 1 is tracked vehicles, armored vehicles, and artillery. Block 2 is wheeled artillery. Block 3 is special police vehicles and moves in a single-file formation.
Training is expected to anticipate situations such as technical problems with vehicles on the road; traffic jams; unsafe traffic situations. From there, there are plans to handle the above situations.
The practical training aims to help officers and drivers master the routes; unify command and operation work to ensure technical safety of vehicles, machines, and armored vehicles from the stationing position to the deployment position for comprehensive training, preliminary review, general rehearsal, and official duties at the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 at Ba Dinh (A80). At the same time, the entire traffic system on the route (width, height, load capacity...) is checked.
