The song "The One-sided Lover, the One-sided Lover" was composed by musician Dong Thien Duc (author of the hit " Tomorrow, We'll Get Married "). This is the first time he collaborated with this "hot" musician, Dan Truong said that the song's melody has a unique style of Dong Thien Duc but is very suitable for his voice; therefore, he believes that this collaboration will bring something interesting to the listeners. Being a perfectionist, Dan Truong spent 2 months editing the song to create the most perfect work possible.

According to Dan Truong, because he loved the song's content, he decided to make a suitable MV.

And to make the MV for this song, Dan Truong and his crew went to Sapa to get impressive footage telling the tragic love story between 3 people: "I'm looking for you, who are you looking for, so that sometimes our sighs blend together...".

The male singer said this is one of the projects he has cherished for a long time, with scenes exuding majesty as well as honoring the national identity in the Northwest highlands.

The audience can see familiar images of the highlands such as fairs, cultural activities by the fire... As for Dan Truong, he plays the role of a lowland boy who falls in love with a Northwestern girl named Quyen (played by Ngoc Thu - a beautiful woman with a lovely face in the Miss Vietnam Tourism 2022 contest). However, she does not have feelings for him but for her best friend Phuong (Thu Thuy - 3rd runner-up of the Vietnam Fitness Supermodel 2023 contest). Meanwhile, Phuong loves Dan Truong.
