The 17th Party Congress of Bac Giang Electricity Company took place with the theme "Promoting the tradition of solidarity, innovation and creativity; accelerating digital transformation, improving the quality of customer service; building a clean and strong Party organization, contributing to ensuring safe and stable electricity supply, serving the socio -economic development of the province"; motto of action: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Efficiency".
The Congress evaluated and reviewed the 5-year implementation of the Resolution of the 16th Party Congress of the Company, term 2020-2025, and decided on the direction and tasks for the term 2025-2030 with the goal: "Continue to innovate leadership methods; electricity is one step ahead; consider science and technology development as the core solution; perfect and streamline the apparatus, operate effectively, efficiently and effectively".
The report at the Congress stated that the Party Committee of Bac Giang Power Company currently has 15 Party cells and 344 Party members, accounting for 35.8% of the total number of officers and employees of the Company. Of which, Party members with master's degrees account for 2.6% and university degrees account for 89.5%.

With the tradition of solidarity, unity and high determination, in the 2020-2025 term, the Company's Party Committee has led the Company to unite, make efforts, seize opportunities, overcome difficulties, and excellently complete the task of ensuring electricity to serve socio-economic development in the province with a high growth rate; complete and exceed the production and business plan targets, ensure stability and improve the lives of officers and employees.
Many key planning targets have been completed ahead of schedule compared to the 2020-2025 plan assigned by the Northern Power Corporation.
The application of science and technology and digital transformation are promoted in all fields associated with the implementation of production and business tasks.
Regarding Party building work, the Party Committee always focuses on political and ideological education for cadres and party members; organizes study, research, and dissemination of directives and resolutions to 100% of cadres and party members.
During the past term, the Company's Party Committee sent 93 people to attend a Party sympathy training class, organized the admission of 62 new Party members; proposed to recognize 61 probationary Party members as official Party members.
The congress received many comments clarifying the results achieved in leadership, direction and production and business activities. At the same time, many solutions were proposed to overcome limitations in leadership in implementing production and business tasks; political education, ideology and lifestyle ethics for Party members and cadres; implementation and concretization of Party resolutions and directives, State policies and laws and directives from superiors, etc.

Promoting the results achieved in the past term of the two Party Committees (Bac Giang Power Company and Bac Ninh Power Company), the Party Committee of the Company determined the general direction for the 2025-2030 term, which is to continue to innovate leadership methods; promote comprehensive digital transformation; improve the quality of electricity supply and customer service; build a team of pioneering and courageous cadres and Party members; ensure stable electricity supply, meeting the requirements of rapid and sustainable development of the province.
Continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; strengthen solidarity, maintain discipline, promote democracy, innovation, improve the effectiveness of comprehensive leadership in all aspects of work; build a clean and strong Party organization; lead the unit to successfully carry out political tasks, ensure safe - stable - continuous - effective electricity supply, serving the socio-economic development of the province.
Ensure safe operation of the power grid, meet the electricity demand for socio-economic development in the province; complete the plan to restructure the organizational apparatus, ensure streamlining, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations according to the direction; strive to reach more than 22 billion kWh of commercial electricity output by 2030. Strive for the entire term, the entire Party Committee will admit 100 or more new party members.
