The Party Committee has had many persistent, drastic, creative and effective policies and solutions, leading and directing agencies and units to successfully complete the goals, targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress of the Department. Speaking at the congress, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of Military Region 4, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Command of Military Region 4, acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee of the Political Department for the 2020-2025 term. He requested that in the coming term, the Party Committee of the Political Department continue to innovate, improve the quality of staff work, direction of Party work, comprehensive political work, focusing on the grassroots; build a strong force in politics, ideology, and organization. Focus on improving the effectiveness of political education, legal propaganda, and ideological management of troops; build a strong Party, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations.

At the same time, proactively advise on good preparation for the 12th Military Region Party Congress; effectively carry out the work of cadres, security, mass mobilization, policies, and mass activities; promote digital transformation and administrative reform. After the congress, it is necessary to quickly disseminate and disseminate the results, build working regulations, promptly put the resolution into practice, and successfully complete the set goals.
