During the past term, the Party Committee of Warehouse J258 thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions and directives of the superiors on vehicle and motorbike technical work; proactively developed plans, deployed many synchronous and drastic measures, promoted the combined strength of the entire unit to well perform the work of ensuring equipment, organizing reception and distribution in accordance with the superiors' orders, ensuring speed, accuracy and absolute safety.

During the term, the Warehouse Party Committee seriously implemented resolutions and directives on training and combat readiness; strictly maintained discipline, duty, patrol and guard regimes; actively innovated methods of organizing military , political and professional training; proactively applied science and technology, scientific and technical advances to improve the quality of preservation, maintenance, synchronous repair and storage of motorbikes and motorbike technical materials.

The Party Committee of the Warehouse has done a good job of disseminating and studying resolutions, conclusions, directives and regulations of all levels; completed 100% of the annual politicaleducation plan and disseminated legal education to the subjects. In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Warehouse J258 unanimously determined the direction, targets, tasks, 3 breakthroughs, and leadership solutions to successfully complete all tasks. Strengthen measures to improve the quality of vehicle equipment management, build a standard and safe warehouse. Strictly comply with the above regulations on receiving, issuing, storing, and managing vehicle equipment. Promote the application of information technology and scientific and technical advances in performing tasks.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport, congratulated the achievements of the Party Committee of Warehouse J258 in the past term and requested that in the new term, the Party Committee of the Warehouse continue to maintain the regular order, discipline management; be proactive and creative in improving the unit's environmental landscape. All Party members of the Warehouse must unite, join hands and participate in unit building activities. After the congress, the Warehouse needs to have a plan and program to implement the resolution, assign Party Committee members to be in charge of each field to ensure the quality of work.

At the congress, delegates discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Congress of the Party Committee of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport for the 2025-2030 term; elected the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Warehouse J258 and delegates to attend the Congress of the Party Committee of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport for the 2025-2030 term.
