During the past term, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the Dak Nong PC Party Committee focused on leading and directing the serious and timely implementation of superiors' instructions to ensure electricity supply to serve the needs of economic development and people's lives.
The company's Party Committee has 12 affiliated Party Cells, with a total of 197 Party members; of which 184 are official Party members; 13 are probationary Party members. In the past 5 years, the entire Party Committee has admitted 43 new Party members, reaching 122.8% of the resolution.
During the term, 100% of Party organizations and Party members are inspected and supervised according to Article 30 of the Party Charter. Every year, 80% of Party cells or more complete their tasks well; 100% of Party members and 95% of the masses participate in studying Party directives and resolutions and State policies and laws.
From 2020 - 2023, Dak Nong PC Party Committee always fulfilled its tasks well; in 2024, the Party Committee excellently fulfilled its tasks.
The Party Committee has led PC Dak Nong to achieve its targets. Of which, annual commercial electricity output increased by an average of 2.75% of the plan, exceeding the resolution's target; average annual electricity loss decreased by 0.12%/year compared to the plan.
During its term, PC Dak Nong paid 84 billion VND to the State budget; implemented social security work with a total support amount of 3.85 billion VND. The unit ensured employment and life and paid full insurance for employees.

The company has directed its affiliated units to coordinate in investing in building power grids for new rural communes, contributing to completing electricity criteria and meeting the electricity needs for people's daily life, production and business.
The timely development of the power grid system has met the economic development of the locality. Currently, all 110kV stations managed by the company are operated automatically without human personnel.
The unit effectively implemented the policy of modernizing the power grid, promoting the application of digital transformation and information technology in its fields of operation.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Dak Nong PC Party Committee continues to improve its comprehensive leadership capacity and build a clean and strong Party Committee.
The unit promotes innovation in thinking, technology application and extensive digital transformation throughout the company. The company will focus on completing production and business targets.
Speaking at the congress, comrade Chau Ngoc Luong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Dak Nong PC Party Committee in the past term.
He suggested that the Dak Nong PC Party Committee continue to promote its comprehensive leadership role in all aspects of work. The Party Committee should improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and Party cells. Thereby, contributing to the overall success of the administrative unit arrangement and local development in the new period.
