According to information from the People's Committee of Dong Ha City, up to now, the area has more than 535 km of roads with many types of road surface structures such as asphalt concrete, asphalt, cement concrete and dirt roads. The whole neighborhood currently has 30 policy families, 8 poor households, and 70 near-poor households.
“To achieve this result, the consensus and joint implementation of the people is very important. For example, from the neighborhood's policy, the situation of dumping garbage in the wrong place in residential areas has been limited, people actively participate in cleaning the landscape environment, many households practice civilized lifestyles in funerals...”, Head of Tay Tri neighborhood Nguyen Duc Sanh shared. This is also a positive change in many neighborhoods in Dong Ha today.
According to information from the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Dong Ha City, currently, the locality has 22,902/23,608 households recognized as cultural families, reaching a rate of 97%; 16/62 neighborhoods achieved the title of cultural neighborhood according to the new criteria, every year there are 100 residential areas organizing the National Great Unity Day. Over the past 5 years, the locality has had 1,603/1,823 funerals that have well implemented the 4 criteria of civilized lifestyle in funerals, reaching a rate of 87.9%...
