According to the plan, the planes took off from Bien Hoa airport ( Dong Nai ), practiced forming formations, combined training at different altitudes and from Thu Duc city airspace, maneuvered into District 1, lowered altitude to perform according to the flight plan.
Then, exit the central area of Ho Chi Minh City in the area of Bach Dang wharf - Saigon river - Thu Thiem.
At about 8:15 a.m., the planes took off from Bien Hoa airport to practice in the sky over Ho Chi Minh City.
