On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), on the morning of February 3, the delegation of the province and localities led by comrades Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Quoc Hoan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple relic (Son Dinh commune, Son Hoa district) and comrade Tran Phu, the first General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam at the An Tho Citadel relic (An Dan commune, Tuy An district - the birthplace of comrade Tran Phu).
Also participating in the incense offering delegation were comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; former provincial leaders of different periods; leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, unions and localities.

95 years ago, on February 3, 1930, under the chairmanship of Leader Nguyen Ai Quoc, the Conference unified three communist organizations in Vietnam, unifying to establish the Communist Party of Vietnam. This was an event of great historical significance, gathering Vietnamese communist organizations into a single force, with a clear and unified revolutionary line, leading the Vietnamese revolution.
In October 1930, the First Conference of the Party Central Committee discussed and unanimously approved the Political Platform drafted by Comrade Tran Phu. The Conference decided to change the name of the Communist Party of Vietnam to the Indochinese Communist Party. At this conference, Comrade Tran Phu was elected as the first General Secretary of the Party.

Since its founding, with the right guidelines, appropriate and creative methods, the tenacious fighting and heroic sacrifice of many generations of cadres, party members and people, the Communist Party of Vietnam has led the country to great victories of historical and epochal significance.
The history of the establishment and the process of building, developing and maturing of the Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee is closely linked to the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam. On October 5, 1930, the first Communist Party cell in Phu Yen was also established in Dong Be hamlet, Phuoc Long village, Xuan Long commune (now Long Binh quarter, La Hai town, Dong Xuan district). From here, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, many revolutionary movements took place strongly and widely. The Phu Yen Party Committee and People continuously achieved many heroic feats, contributing together with the army and people of the whole country to liberate the South and unify the country.

Since 1975, together with the whole country, the Party Committee, army and people of Phu Yen have continued to promote the glorious revolutionary fighting tradition of their homeland, united in one heart, and strived to build and defend the Fatherland.
Under the leadership of the Party for 95 years, Phu Yen province has achieved many achievements in various fields, from Party building to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security. From a province with many difficulties, Phu Yen has developed strongly. In 2024, the budget revenue reached 5,447 billion VND, exceeding the central government's estimate; GRDP per capita in 2024 is estimated at 70.7 million VND, an increase of 8.37% compared to 2023...
