Beating the Vice Principal to the point of hospitalization, the Principal apologized in front of the whole school

On the afternoon of April 10, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province, said that on the morning of the same day, during the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the week, the unit worked with the leaders of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School (Le Thuy district). At the meeting, the Department of Education and Training of the district criticized and disciplined the school's Board of Directors and Principal Phan Anh Tuan for his violent behavior towards Vice Principal Le Duc Huan - Vice Principal of the school.

The leaders of the Department of Education and Training also asked Mr. Phan Anh Tuan to apologize to the students, teachers, and the parents' representative board. Right at the flag-raising ceremony, Mr. Tuan apologized for his violent behavior towards his colleagues in front of the whole school.

Previously, on the afternoon of April 9, the leaders of Le Thuy district (Quang Binh) requested the Department of Education and Training and relevant agencies to verify the information that the principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School (Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province) beat the vice principal to the point of hospitalization.

Mr. Phan Anh Tuan - Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School, said he had worked with the police about him beating Mr. Le Duc Huan - Vice Principal of Ngu Thuy Bac Primary School, causing facial injuries and requiring hospitalization.

According to Mr. Tuan, at around 7:00 a.m. on April 6, after he returned from breakfast with Mr. Phuc (school security guard), he discovered that the main gate of the school was locked with a new lock (not the school's lock). The students on duty at the red flag gate said that the person who locked the school gate with the new lock was Mr. Huan.

Mr. Tuan asked Mr. Phuc to use a hammer to break the lock and open the gate for everyone to enter the school. Then, the principal drove his car into the school but was blocked by Mr. Huan at the gate. Mr. Huan hit Mr. Tuan's car hood hard. When Mr. Tuan got out of the car to check, Mr. Huan approached and hit him with his hand, but Mr. Tuan avoided it. Because he was so angry, Mr. Tuan used his hand to hit Mr. Huan hard on the face.

According to Mr. Tuan, he and Mr. Huan had no previous conflicts. However, recently, Mr. Huan often drove his personal car to school after 10 p.m. At that time, the main gate was locked, but Mr. Huan did not call the security guard, but called Mr. Tuan and other teachers to open the gate.
