As a painter born and raised in Dak Lak , Nguyen Duy Nhut studied and graduated with a master's degree in fine arts at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts. The theme of earth, water, wind and fire is not new. "Over time, not only ancient teachings but also many other systems have applied these same elements to explain everything from biology to psychology, astrology and sometimes it is also used to symbolize human behavior. Although each element has its own physical properties, earth, water, wind and fire all demonstrate flexibility in recreating the world around us. This transformation still happens every day, creating a magic and continuity in their existence," artist Nguyen Duy Nhut confided.

And from that feeling, through the talented hands of the artist, Nguyen Duy Nhut freely created works that captivated viewers. He blended into the elements of nature, entered the universe and became a part of those factors, to answer and experience spirituality completely.
